Definitions and Guidelines

  • Variant – a different version of the functional layout (for example, an alternative arrangement of the kitchen, bathroom, or functional zones)
  • Revision Round (VR Session) – a VR presentation of the project after changes have been introduced; includes discussion and implementation of further adjustments.
  • Minor Revisions – small updates such as a color change or replacement of one or two furniture pieces are handled within a revision round; extensive layout modifications are treated as a new variant and may be subject to additional pricing.

Changes After Approval (Change Order)

  • Once the project documentation has been formally approved and issued, the project is considered closed.
  • All subsequent modifications are priced separately. Approximate pricing method: designer rate of 400 PLN/h or a lump-sum approach (for example, 5–15% of the project value) — the final pricing method is determined individually with the client.

Yes! While exploring the designed space with the architect, you can interact with individual elements, move them, and make changes. This allows you to test different solutions—for example, whether there is enough space in the living room for playing children or whether the kitchen feels comfortable before cooking your first meal.

Yes, during the first meeting our architects will guide you through sample projects to inspire you and show what working on your project will be like. You can also view our completed projects on Instagram.

Together with the architect, you enter your project in virtual reality and can immediately modify any detail. This allows you to quickly see which version works best for you.

Yes, the architect moderates the VR walkthrough, and the entire family can join. This way, each family member can influence decisions about your dream home.

It allows you to see the project at a 1:1 scale, at different times of day and under varying lighting conditions. You can almost touch objects in the interior, better understand the space, feel it, and check whether it meets your expectations. Interactive testing of different solutions allows the whole family to participate in the design process, helps identify potential issues early, and streamlines collaboration with the architect. Even those without design experience can see the project as it will be finalized—without uncertainty or stress.
